RETURNS

We hope you love everything you ordered! 💕 If something doesn’t work out, here’s what you need to know:

• Returns must be back in the mail to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Before sending anything back, please email Hello@shopenvime.com to request a Return Authorization.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Emails received over the weekend will be answered the next business day.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items with perfume, smoke, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of wear cannot be accepted.
• Returns must be sent back in the original shipping packaging whenever possible.
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, with the shoe box placed inside a poly mailer or another shipping box. Please do not tape, label, or ship directly in the shoe box, as we will not be able to accept the return.

Because many of our styles are available in limited quantities and can sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If your requested size is still available when your return is processed, we’re happy to exchange it. If not, store credit will be issued.
